Rogue Gear List

Just as with my shaman gear list, there are a lot of caveats. This is NOT a BIS list. This is not even a BIS pre-raid list. It’s simply a variety of good options per slot to get you going.

I will include at least one quest item per slot as well as rep items, Justice point purchasable, crafted items, and normal and heroic drops. I did not include items purchased with Valor points as those will be very slow to obtain pre-raid. If i left a Normal drop version off of the list its probably because it either wasn’t very good, or there were plenty of alternatives. With that said, if you find yourself in a dungeon while leveling, grabbing a normal drop of any of these items is a good idea. Shadowfang Keep and Deadmines are heroic only (normal version is under 60).

I would recommend making sure you acquire one of the quest items per slot as you level unless you acquire a normal dungeon drop (I hate realizing a quest item was actually good and I missed it, and nothing is dropping for me in that slot). Work on the rep for the items you’re interested in, and at 85 hit up the heroics, crafted gear, and use Justice Points to improve each slot.
